The next day Bo didn’t even attempt to go to his conference, Nora had no classes. They spent a good deal of the day making love in his hotel room. They finally decided they needed to leave a bit for the day, at least so room service could clean his room.
Nora took him to some the museums they had in Chicago. They had so much fun, they were walking towards the south shore line when they heard someone yelling for Nora.
Nora turned and got a big smile and ran towards a man. They hugged tightly. Bo slowly made his way over. Nora and the man talked as he approached. Nora looked at him, smiled, and took his hand.
“Hank, I’d like you to meet the new man in my life Bo Buchanan. Bo this is Hank, he is well, he is my ex boyfriend. But we remained friends.”

“Texas, I am here in town for a conference.”

They waved as he left. Bo was quiet for a bit as they walked to their next destination. Bo was thinking about the ex and how in the world he and Nora could remain so close. Nora put her head on his shoulder.

“Bo you have nothing to worry about, Hank and I ended it several months ago, it was a mutual decision, we make much better friends than lovers. I am happy to have him in life, but it never would have lasted, we were too similar, too driven.”
Bo nodded. Then he thought a bit on if he should make his next statement. He looked at her, her beautiful face and eyes and he made a decision.

“Nora, I am in love with you. I know we have only known each other for a few days, but I feel such peace and happiness when I am with you. I don’t expect you to feel the same yet, but I thought you should know. I love you Red.”
