She stood in front of his house trying to find the courage to ring the bell. The doctor had just confirmed, she was seven weeks pregnant. She needed to find some way to tell him. She hadn’t talked to him since he left. She knew the pain was too much for either them to bare. She just signed the divorce papers and sent them back to his lawyer without a fight.

She took a deep breath and pressed the button. She nervously stood waiting, she wondered if he would even let her in. The door finally opened, Nora held her breath.

The place was pretty bare, a few pieces of furniture. She saw a few pictures as she walked up, her heart stopped, they were of her. She jumped when she heard a voice.
