Undesired Disentangle Chapter 7

Chapter 7
They got into a comfortable routine very quickly, other than the separate room their lives were virtually the same as before. They started counseling, which was hard, but Nora felt it was really helpful. They had gotten so much of the pain out. The counselor suggest they do date nights. Tonight was suppose to be their first, unfortunately the baby had other ideas.
Nora sat on the bathroom floor with her head between her knees. She was so nauseous. Bo came in.
“Red?”
“They lied.”
“Who?”
“THEM, the doctors and books. Nausea goes away after the first trimester. I am 13 weeks along and I feel.” Nora felt her stomach turn again she quickly moved over the toilet.
Bo came over, moving her hair from her face. She heard running water then a cold wet cloth on her neck.
“It’s okay Red.”
Nora sat down, Bo ran the washcloth over her face. She sighed.
“No it’s not, we were suppose to go on our first date.”
Bo smiled and put his hand on her stomach rubbing it a bit.
“It’s okay Red, we’ll do it tomorrow.”
Nora took his hand.
“I know, but it still sucks. How was your day?”
Bo looked away slightly.
“I finally got a hold of Gary.”
“And?”
“He said he didn’t have a clue how the divorce was finalized, he said he put the paperwork away in my file, he never sent them out.”
Nora looked at him in confusion.
“How in the world did it happened then?”
Bo shrugged.
“He has no idea. He said he’d look into it, he did seem very upset that it had happened.”
Nora sighed.
“I’d be upset if I were him too, something went really wrong.”
Bo ran his hand across her forehead.
“You want me to get any food? Toast or crackers.”
“Crackers please.”
Bo got up and left. Nora leaned back, trying to control her stomach. Bo came back in a few minutes later with a sleeve of crackers that he was trying opening. He exclaimed when they finally opened. He handed her a couple and sat down next to her.
“Wow, this is the most romantic night we’ve ever had.”
Bo laughed and kissed her neck.
“Any night with you Red is romantic.”
“Liar.”
He smiled and ate one of the crackers.
“Tomorrow Red, it will be better tomorrow.”
Nora groaned and leaned her head on his shoulder.
