It had been a week since he told Nora that he loved her. He couldn’t find her. He and Justin had gotten a horrible screaming fight in the middle of Banner’s office. It took his brother and Viki to stop them. It seemed everywhere he went Sarah was there smirking at his pain.

Bo wearily walked into his suite. He stopped when realized someone was in his suite. He slowly looked up, Nora was standing by his couch looking like an angel.

“Red!”
He ran to her and pulled her into a hug. He held her tight, burying his nose into her hair and smelled her. He felt his heart lift, it felt so good to have her in his arms. Bo pulled back and put her face in his hands.

“I have missed you so much.”
He kissed her gently, she kissed him back.

“I missed you too.”
Bo nuzzled her nose with his.

“Where have you been?”
Nora gently extracted herself from his arms.

“Switzerland.”
“Switzerland? Did you go see your sister?”
She just nodded.

“How is she?”
“Good, she helped me get my head back on straight. You threw me for a loop Bo. Then Justin asking me to marrying him” She shook her head. “I can’t believe he did that, we’ve only dated for one month.”

“I never wanted you find out about my feelings like that Red. I didn’t know how to tell you.”
“I know. I am still in shock that you left Sarah because of me.”
“Red, even if you weren’t around, Sarah and I would be over. We should have never remarried. We have changed too much. My love for you just helped me move on.”

Nora nodded and looked out the window.

“What do you see for us Bo?”
“Red, I see everything. Love, marriage, children. Red I can see us growing old together. I not only love you, but you are my best friend. I want a life with you.”
Nora had tears falling down her face.

“Bo stop.”
Bo stopped talking.

“I am frightened Bo. What if we don’t make it? Like you said, you are my best friend, losing you would kill me.”
“Red, do you love me?”
Nora looked at her hands.

“From almost the moment I meet you.”

A shock ran through his body.

“What?”
Nora looked at him and smiled.

“Bo I have been in love with you for a long time, before you and Sarah even got remarried, but you were with Sarah.”

How did he miss his own best friend was in love him?
“Wow.”
“How long have you been in love with me?”
Bo smiled and laughed.

“I honestly can’t tell you. I didn’t even realize I was in love with you until Sarah suggested I wanted you. It was shock to me when I finally figured it out.”

Nora walked towards him. He put his hands out she took them.

“Red, we can make it. I know we can. I love more than I knew I could love someone else.”
Nora sighed and shook her head.

“I don’t know Bo, I..I love you, but this is all so sudden. You left your wife because of me, but I am with someone else. I have Justin.”
“You turned down his marriage proposal.”
“That doesn’t mean I don’t care deeply for him.”
Bo let go of her hands.

“Care deeply? Red you just told me you were in love with me.”
Nora face turned angry.

“That doesn’t mean I should blow my life up, that doesn’t I can just jump into bed with you.”

“So you are going to still date Justin even though you are in love me.”
“I DON’T KNOW! Bo, what if you and I don’t work out! What then? I lose my best friend?”
Bo grabbed her face with his hands.

“NO! I will never ever let you go.”

Bo kissed her hard. He felt Nora’s hands slid in between their bodies caressing his chest. Bo pushed her against the wall and began kissing her neck as his hands began removing her clothing. His mouth eagerly moved down towards her valley of her breasts. Nora breath was coming out in pants. Bo’s hand found the clasp of her bra, he quickly unclasped it. He started to slid the straps off her body, suddenly Nora pushed away.

“No, Bo. Stop!”
Bo let go of her. Nora quickly turned away as she dressed herself.

“Nora?”
She shook her head.

“I can’t Bo. I just can’t”

Bo reached out to touch her, but she side stepped his touch.

“Red, I..I love you, if you don’t want to make love that is more than fine. Please talk to me.”
Nora finished dressing herself.

“I need to go.”

Bo quickly grabbed her hand.

“NO! Last time I didn’t see you for over a week.”
“Bo let go of me.”
“Will I see you soon?”
Nora wouldn’t look at him.

“Yes, Bo please give me time. This is so much to take in.”

Bo let her go. She quickly opened the door to leave.

“I love you Red.”
Nora stopped for a second, “I love you too.” then she closed the door.

Bo ran his hands down his face, that didn’t go at all how he hoped.
