Chapter 14

Bo whistled as he walked the halls of the station. He was so happy. She made him happy. He walked into his office. All the happiness left his body as saw Mike Gordy sat in his officer.

“What in the hell are doing here Mike?” Bo put his hand up. “If you can to talk nasty about anyone in this station or anyone who works with us I will save you time and tell you to get the hell out now.”
Mike growled.

“You are sleeping with that lawyer! I asked around.”
Bo shrugged.

“So what? Even if I weren’t, I’d still would have kick out for talking about any woman like that.”

“You know I looked into her she isn’t so perfect.”
Bo looked at him. What in hell? Then it hit Bo.

“You! You were the one that Jennifer those pictures!”
Mike smiled.

“So you saw them. Got admit Buchanan she’d got a great set.”
Bo fought the urge to hit him.

“Those picture were evidence in a stalking case, they were suppose to be destroyed. How in the hell did you even get them?”
“Oh wouldn’t like to know.”
Bo moved close to him.

“If you or anybody you hire gets near her I’ll make sure you life is living hell.”
“You are so blind Buchanan, she is going to take us all down.”
Bo shook his head.

“No, she will take YOU down. Stay away.”
Mike gave him a nasty smile.

“What if she comes to me? After all it’s my case. Maybe I can get her in bed too.”
Bo stood up and walked to his door before he did anything that would get him trouble.

Mike swaggered out of the office he turned towards Bo before he left.

“You keep your girl away from me and the case and I’ll stay away, gives me a better view.”
Bo slammed the door in Mike’s face. He hated that man. He ran his hands through his hair he need to calm down. He groaned when there was knock. He opened the door.

He felt all his anger leave his body as his angel stood before him.

“Hello Commish.”
He moved over and gave her quick kiss as she came in.

“Hello Red. What can I do for you beautiful?”

“I need you to tell me what you saw in the Parcel case.”

Bo frowned and sighed.

“Red before I tell you I need you to know that Mike Gordy was just here. He basically threatened you. And you should know he was the one that gave those picture to Jennifer.”
“WHAT! Did he tell you how he got them?”
“No, I am guessing in a very illegal way.”
Nora looked very angry.

“That son of bitch, I am going to nail him to the wall.”
Bo smiled, that was his girl.

“Then lets do this.”
Bo sat down, Nora pulled out her notepad.

“What do you want to know?”
“Start from when you first meet Parcel.”
Bo nodded.

For the next hour he told everything he could remember. As he finished he could see her smile growing. She looked up from her notes.

“I got him!”
“What!? How.”
“Your testimony was exactly what I needed to put together the last piece of the puzzle.”

She pulled out all sorts of notes she laid out in front him.

“Here read this and this one.”

Bo ready both and looked up at her.

“Oh my God Red! Are you sure these are right?”
“Yes, I triple check them.”
“There is no way Parcel could have done this, he was Arizona when the sale went down, but Gordy was seen by no less than 4 people in the area. Bo he did it.”
Bo quickly picked up the phone.

“Shawn get up here now!”
“I am going to get the DA on this, we need to get him now. We can get a warrant out today.”
Nora went to him and kissed him.

“Thank you!”
“No, thank you Red. Gordy was a shady commissioner I am thrilled to get him for at least on his crimes.”

Shawn came in the room.

“Hey Bo, what is up.”
“Shawn you’ve meet Nora right?”
Shawn shook Nora’s hand.

“Only briefly.”
“Nora has something interesting to show you.”
