Chapter 20

Nora woke up. She sighed as she felt Bo’s body pressed against hers. Bo’s hands caressed her arms and he kissed her her ear. She turned around face him.

“Hey beautiful.”
“Hey.”
She looked outside the sun was coming up, she sighed. Bo gently kissed her.

“Guess our night is officially over.”
“Yeah.”
She closed her eyes as he rain kisses all over her face.

“Whatever happens here, I love you Red.”
“I love you too.”
Nora sat up, she had no idea where to start.

“Red, that woman, she meant nothing.”
Nora blinked away a tear trying to escape.

“I know, I just never thought you’d do that to me, never.”
Bo kissed her shoulder.

“I can’t believe I did, I don’t know what happened Red. I woke up and she was there.  I thought someone had broke in the room at first.”
“So you still have no memory of that night?”
“No, it is so strange. I have tried, because I want to understand how it could have happened.” He moved her hair off her face. “You are my life Red, I can’t imagine, even drunk, that I’d be with another woman.”
Nora looked away.

“Maybe you were just lonely and needed some release.”
Bo gently grabbed her face and turned it back to him.

“No, no matter how lonely I felt it still makes no sense.”
Nora sighed.

“Bo it hurt so much, I felt like my heart was ripped out of my body. I..” her voice caught “I felt like dying.”
Bo closed his eyes.

“No Red, please don’t ever ever feel like that.”

“I was hurting Bo and I just wanted it to stop, so.” she took a deep breath. “so I turned to another man.”
“Blake.”
She nodded. Bo ran a hand down her arm, not looking at her face.

“Did you sleep with him?”
She didn’t say anything, she didn’t want to answer the question. Bo still was looking away from her.

“Red, please just tell me.”
She felt her throat tighten as she whispered his answer.

“yes.”
Bo stiffened, then he gently took her hand kissing it. He stood up and walked over to the window. Nora could tell he was crying, she knew he didn’t want her to see it.

“Bo, I am sorry.”
Bo shook his head and took a deep breath.

“Don’t be. It is understandable. It hurts, but I know why you did it.”

Silence enveloped the room. Everything was out, but now neither of them knew what the next step should be.

Bo finally turned around and looked at her. Their eyes meet, both filled with pain and confusion, but also with love for each other. Bo practically ran back to the bed. Their lips meet with a feverous urgency. They needed each other and they need to show each other how much. Bo moved down her body with his kisses, she moaned weaving her hands through his hair. Bo abruptly stopped his hot kiss. Nora groaned in protest. Bo put her face in his hand forcing her face to look at his. Nora breath caught at the intense gaze he was giving her.

“Red, I love you. I need you to know that before we make love again. I know the conversation we just had is just the beginning of this, but I love you and nothing you tell me will even make me not love you.”
Nora felt herself falling in love even more with her husband.

“Oh Bo, I love you so much, I am ready to face this head on with you.”
Bo smiled, then gently kissed her putting on hand on her heart.

“My Red.”
Nora did the same to him.

“My Bo.”
They kissed again and returned to their love making.
